I remember when I first started work at Walker nearly two years ago. I had worked at my previous employer for a long time, so moving to a new company was a big step. True to the spirit of Walker, the team took me under their wing and I must say it took no time to feel at home here. Being seen for who I am is really important to me. I don't feel like a number or a robot but a valued member of the team.
